Summer is arriving and it’s not too late to get back that slim summer figure back you once occupied. Studies have shown that just 30 minutes of jogging 5 days a week can be crucial to maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle. Running is also a fantastic stress reliever for those constantly struggling with the trials and tribulations of normal working life. If that isn’t enough to convince you, it’s also free! Well, almost. You will have to invest a good pair of running shoes but after that you’re good to go.
So, what shoes are right for you? We’ve thrown together this short article to give you a few ideas and hopefully give you some inspiration to get you looking and feeling great once again!
1. Asics Dynaflyte
First up we have the Asics Dynaflytes. These amazing Asics running shoes were originally designed for long distance running so you can be sure they’re made to last. Asics are designed with durability and comfort at heart making use of their ‘Asics FlyteFoam’ which cushions the feet through your jog. We loved this pair although we did find them slightly pricey at £130. An 8 of of 10 from us.
2. New Balance Vazee Prism V2
Our final pair are the New Balance Vazee Prism V2s. We rather enjoyed this pair as again we found them comfortable and durable although still a little bit pricey at around £95. They also come in two other colours (pink & brown). Again, 8 out of 10.
3. Adidas Supernova Sequence 9 Shoes
For our final pair we have the Adidas Supernova Sequence 9 Shoes. The two things that stand out with is pair is one, the amazing and unbeatable grip they possess, and two, the price. We went a run in the icy roads of Glasgow and fell in love with them and only costing around £49 they are a very hard pair to compete with. 10 out of 10.
